Douglas House

Douglas House is the third residence for adult survivors of brain injury developed by Supportive Living, Inc. It is located in downtown Lexington, MA allowing residents easy access to all the amenities the town offers.

Residential features include:

  • 15 studio-style units with private baths
  • Common areas include parlor, dining room, kitchen, tv room, outdoor patio and deck
  • Located in the center of historic Lexington, MA, convenient to public transportation and cultural amenities
  • 24/7 staff with supports tailored to each individual’s needs and wishes

Supportive Living also offers eligible residents rental assistance through the US Housing and Urban Development Department (HUD), under the Section 811 Project Rental Assistance Contract (PRAC). With PRAC, residents pay 30% of their adjusted income toward rent and the balance is subsidized by HUD.

Douglas House accepts private payment for three of the units.
