We designed SLI Neuro Wellness activities for individuals living with brain injury to be active, involved, healthy, and social. All Neuro Wellness activities require pre-registration.

Expressive Arts

Our expressive arts class is an opportunity to receive instruction from a professional art teacher in a group setting to engage in self-expression through art projects such as painting and sculpting. $5 fee per class. 10:30am, Sept 24 to Dec 19.

Boxing for Balance, Core and More

An excellent opportunity to increase your heart rate, improve your strength and practice maintaining your balance in a dynamic environment. SLI Neuro Wellness Center, 7 Oakland St., Lexington.  2:00pm, June 10 through August 12. $10 fee per class.

Culinary Club

Join us for a fun afternoon in the kitchen! You will work hands-on creating new, delicious dishes to enjoy and engage with others. $2.50 for lunch. Fridays 11:00am Sept 6 to Dec 20.
