Affordable Housing – Application Process
The application process for Warren House, McLaughlin House and Douglas House has two parts. First, the individual must complete an affordable housing application for pre-qualification. The process is conducted by Supportive Living Inc. Once the person has been pre-qualified for affordable housing they will go through a medical evaluation from our service partner, Advocates.
To apply for housing a prospective resident must meet the following eligibility criteria:
The individual has been disabled by an acquired brain injury
The individual must require assistance with at least two ADL’s
Over 18 years old
Potential to achieve a greater level of independence with support services
Classified as very low income and eligible for HUD and MassHealth programs

Private Pay
Douglas House in Lexington does accept private pay and section 8 vouchers for several units.
Old Farm Rockport has two service offerings.
Norwood house applicants are qualified through DDS
Murphy House residents are funded through a combination of private pay and PCA services.
