Live Well at SLI.
We believe everyone deserves a nice place to live.
SLI was founded to provide an appropriate, affordable and caring home for survivors of brain injury to live their best lives. An innovator in the field, SLI has developed four residential communities offering residents an opportunity to live independently and thrive in a setting that provides necessary support and care in a dignified manner, regardless of their ability to pay.
“Moving Mike to SLI was the best thing that has happened to him since his injury. He is in a beautiful and caring place. It has also taken a lot of worry off his family’s shoulders.”
