Neuro-Fit Classes 

Our one-hour assisted exercise classes feature aerobic exercises to improve cardiovascular fitness, functional exercise to improve strength and mobility, as well as challenging balance exercises. Participants of the program are assisted by college students who are trained by Neuro-Fit staff. Interns provide one-on-one instruction to help participants work towards specific and individualized fitness goals. This is an interactive, social, and motivational experience between interns and participants. 

Rates: $25/class (Financial assistance available upon request)

Schedule: 1-3x/week and is set on a seasonal schedule that aligns with the academic semester of the interns. 

Neuro-Focused Personal Training

Neuro-Fit offers one-on-one personal training with certified fitness professionals who specialize in exercise to improve neurological health. Exercise routines are tailored to individual needs, considering factors like balance, coordination, and mobility limitations. By understanding the potential risks and safety precautions, trainers can adapt exercises to prevent further injury and encourage functional movement. 

Rates: $75 for 45-minute sessions, $100 for 60-minute sessions.

Schedule: Sessions can be booked 1-3x/week and can be modified based on the individual’s needs and our staff’s availability.
